Yesterday, our family went to Big Country RV to take a look at an RV for the up-coming season. It has been our life-long bucket list item to travel our beautiful country and show it to our daughter while making lasting memories. We had no intention of buying; we were merely going out to see one RV that caught our eye on Big Country RV's website. It was easy to make a decision after looking at the Grand Design Imagine 2025 line up. Hook ,line and sinker...done! The team looked after us like royalty. Easy to work with to come up with an agreement. This is the second trailer we purchased from them and would recommend them without hesitation. Thanks to Paul and his team in getting this done.

I wanted to drop a shout out to both Victoria Tibbits and Mike Krkic at Big Country RV. It is because of them that I am now the proud owner of my perfect travel trailer. I have been waffling for a while now on pulling the trigger on a new trailer. We bought a Prolite Profile 2022 and it was a first time trailer buyers. Shannon is one of the best seller we had the opportunity to meet. She went out of her way to not only explain what we needed to know but making sure all of our concerns were addressed. She just had that genuine empathy we are all looking for in a seller. There was a misunderstanding about the date of the pick up and the General Manager made sure the trailer was ready so we would not miss our planned get away. We could not believe how they managed to rectify the situation very quickly. We are forever grateful. My wife and I visited this store on our way to our trailer, for the sole purpose of exploring a "Grand Design" trailer. we were promptly met by a sales rep, Roger, who asked what we were looking for, we told him, and he took us through a few different units before showing us a Grand Design. once we were shown these Grand Design trailers, it wasn't a matter of should we trade in, but on which one! these are absolutely amazing trailers. we traded our 5th wheel for a Grand Design 315RLTS, and have absolutely not looked back. the fit and finish is phenomenal, everything about the trailer is amazing. but, whats most important here is the dealership. in my opinion, these are highly skilled sales and service staff. the sales team had excellent product knowledge and super friendly. financing, Jaime! again, amazing experience, and ofcource, can't forget about Paul. and Shawn, these two came to visit my trailer to give me a more accurate trade in value. These two even got stung by wasps while checking out our trailer! Who else is willing to travel to make a sale in the RV world??? means a lot! once the deal was done, we met another amazing person, Dave. This gentleman came to remove our trailer, and deliver our new one. again, super knowledgeable, and super friendly . My spouse and I purchased a trailer in January 2024 but had it delivered to our campsite in April - the team was wonderful in storing our trailer for the few month until we had it delivered for camping season. Shortly after we started camping, we noticed a big issue with our trailer. We contacted the manager who took our concerns extremely seriously, and worked so diligently in finding us a solution. We cannot thank this team enough for listening our concerns and actioning quickly so that we were not disrupted as much with our camping season. As a young family, this was a first big purchase for us, and we so appreciate the excellent customer service that ensured we had a safe, functioning trailer for us and our little children to camp in all summer. I don’t usually take the time to write a review but Shawn at Big Country RV was so amazing that I believe that anyone wanting to buy an RV should make the trip to go see him! He went above and beyond from the moment I walked into the showroom and every step of the way. I ended up buying a trailer I hadn’t even considered looking at because I figured it was out of my price range but Shawn made sure he got it into my budget for me and Jamie got the deal done! Jamie was so helpful and so quick and made the whole experience so easy. I now have a trailer that is so much nicer then I ever imagined and at a price so much better then anything else I looked at any other dealerships, even models that were way older!! We recently purchased our new RV from Big Country and we have nothing but great things to say about Paul and his team. We called Big Country RV and  received very prompt Roadside assistance. He enabled us to get back to Big Country RV where they fixed our trailer very promptly and professionally. The service technicians have been incredible to deal with. We were heading out for our road trip and they were able to get us in last minute and help fix an issue with our water tank to get us back on the road right away.

These people are amazing. Customer service that is beyond any expectation. We went to the RV show in August, meet with Jamie Long. He showed us all the units we were interested in. No pressure sale. Once we decided on buying a Durango 5th wheel. He walked us through the process of trading our 2023 Grand Imagine in. We then met Paul for financing, another above & beyond no pressure great guy. All the paperwork was completed within an hour. The sold sign was put on and we were giving an appointment to pick up that Friday. Our walk though & demo was done with Darrel. Another top notch guy. He showed us everything from top to bottom. No one rushed us with anything. On Saturday August 26th we were doing our maiden voyage in Delta. We had no water, Dave the service manager came down and fixed everything very quickly. Can't say enough of how amazing these people are. We would highly recommend them for any RV needs.

We were 8 days into a cross Canada trip when we had a major issue with our motorhome. Big Country was the closest service shop. They got us in right away ordered parts and had us on our way the next day. Everyone in the service department were excellent. Thank you

He explained all our options, e.g. payment and warranty, to include the final process for delivery of the trailer. He gave us an awesome deal! Thank you Paul! Really an awesome team to work with. So now we are proud owners of a 2023 Flagstaff Super Lite Travel Trailer! I highly recommend Big Country RV.

Our trailer had a problem when we heading out for our road trip to the State. The signal lights of the trailer wasn’t working. We thought maybe we would need to cancel the trip. Luckily we went to Big Country, Dave went above and beyond to help. He diagnosed the problem in 2 mins. He changed the wire of the signal system and installed anti sway bar for us. Their whole team worked together to help us. All the things done in 2 hours and then we were good to go! The towing experience became much better after the installation of anti sway bars. Thanks Dave, If not you, we won’t be able to go on for our annual family trip. The price of the service are very very reasonable. Highly recommend this RV shop and service center.

We had an electrical issue with our motorhome while camping in Ottawa on the May ong weekend. The service team took our unit without an appointment and got us up and running in an hour. Best RV Service ever!!

The only reason I’m giving a 5 star review comes down to one great technician (Jonathan) and the before sales service. Jonathan was so considerate and was genuinely interested in helping me with my current trailer issues. He went out of his way, coming to my trailer on his own time, after working hours, to resolve several issues that had occurred during the closing up of my trailer. If I could, I’d have given him 10 stars. Another member of the team (sales rep Bob) was friendly, courteous and very patient while helping me find a trailer that would meet my personal needs. But this is where the good experiences ended. As once my trailer was delivered, the problems began: I bought my 2022 RV to live in, during the summer months, at a friend’s cottage. During the first two weeks in the trailer the TV either didn’t work at all or kept cutting out every couple of minutes and then shut down. I made several attempts to resolve the issue and even with Bell’s assistance the problem continued. I finally decided to take the tv off the retractable shelf it was installed on and discovered the HDMI cord was pinched. This seemed to be the result of an improper installation as the cord was being pinched each time I retracted the the unit. I then started having issues with the refrigerator either being too warm or too cold and same with the freezer. A couple of weeks later water started pooling in the bottom of the fridge. I would mop it up but it continued to pool. I made several calls and trips to the dealership with my concerns and was told to just keep adjusting the fridge and freezer settings and check to see if drain hose was plugged up with ice. Turns out there wasn’t a drain hose. So, I made an appointment to have a technician (Jonathan) come out and check it. He found a burn mark in the freezer, which resulted in the melting of a small tray, deforming it. This was the cause of the water overflowing and draining into the fridge. He said it couldn’t be fixed and put in a request to have a new fridge installed. I‘m still waiting to hear back from the dealership on this. During the winterizing and closing up of my trailer I discovered the switch for the banquet pop out didn’t work. When I called service to see if there was a manual crank I was told there wasn’t one. So now I’m left with one pop out not closed completely and I’m concerned about water potentially getting in. I checked YouTube, in hopes of finding a solution to this issue, but was unsuccessful and by now Big Country was closed. So, I decided to go back to Ottawa and deal with it another day. Turns out there was a manual crank after all and that service had advised me on the wrong model. After locking up and about to leave I’d forgotten something in the trailer and while attempting to open the screen door, it wouldn’t open. I made several attempts but was unsuccessful. By now, I’m in tears and completely overwhelmed with anxiety. I’d already paid Big Country to have my trailer towed to the lot next door and didn’t want to pay again to have it towed back to the dealership for service, considering everything I’d been dealing with in the first three months of living in my “new”trailer. What should have been an enjoyable experience turned into an emotional nightmare!

Overall I had a great experience here. From the first viewing of the trailer, to the financing department and the pickup walk through. I did feel like I was maybe being a bit not taken seriously due to my age when I got to the financing department, but once I got approved that changed. The guy who did the walk through was really nice too, and was thorough with everything. I would definitely come back here if we ever decide to upgrade.

My family and I cannot say enough great things about our experience with Big Country RV. From our first email with Michelle, to making the 6 hour drive to view a used class C, to a couple days later leaving with a brand new class A, we have never experienced such amazing care and support from a sales and service team. My wife and I rented a RV near Toronto and this was our first time out in one. We found ourselves in Kanata and noticed that the cover for the bathroom vent had ripped off in the wind going down the highway. Given that it was the day after Thanksgiving it was quite cold and it was also raining. Rain was in the forecast overnight as well. The RV we rented would have seen water damage and been impossible to heat overnight. We called around several locations and went right to the RV Canada Service location as directed by our rental support team. They told us they couldn't get it repaired that day (this was at 2pm in the afternoon). I explained we had our 1 year old son with us and also two dogs. They still wouldn't help. Once I called Big Country they immediately said it wouldn't be a problem and to come right over. We did and they got us fixed up and back on the road. My family was safe, comfortable, our rental didn't get damaged from rain and we were able to stick to our schedule! Thanks again! Craig Twofoot

We purchased our very first trailer in Aug..we had to take it for a couple of test drives b4 we wanted to leave a review. Thank you thank you soo much to the whole staff, you guys were exceptional in finding us exaxtly what would suit us best, when we really didnt know lol! The staff were friendly, helpfull, and made us feel comfortable! As well as we are Veterans, so they gave us a discount and honoured my Status card. We still have a cusion with a small fix and when i called they said no problem bring it in..we just have to get it in. So again thank you..were happy campers!!

We just bought our first travel trailer from Big Country RV and couldn't be happier. When we arrived to look at different models we were very lucky to have Kovadis as our salesman. He was knowledgeable on the different types of trailers we would be able to pull with our vehicle and what we were interested in. We ended up with a beautiful 2020 26 foot flagstaff ultralite. Wonderful experience, fell in love with the Flagstaff epro line of trailers. Kovatis was so friendly and knowledgeable about the trailers. Ended up buying an Epro 19fd trailer to haul with my Ford Escape sport that can handle 3500 lbs.

He explained everything in great detail and we actually laughed through the process which is usually the painful part when it comes to making large purchases. Dave (Service Manager) has been more than accommodating when it cam to our questions and needs. Ramin (General Manager) addressed any minor concerns we had with a prompt reply to our requests. You CAN NOT go wrong doing business with these guys. They are top notch.

I came in this morning to just browse as I am looking at getting a motor home in the near future. I was greeted by Tyler, he was very professional and friendly, he understood I wasn’t looking to buy today and still took the time to show me a few different models!
